Work to Live, do not live to work.  Don't confuse your career with your life.  Never stop learning.  Never hesitate to question anything and everything.  Create new ways of thinking.  Challenge yourself daily.  Accomplish your visions.  HAVE a vision. What good is an archer without a target?  BE the news, don't just watch it.  Remember that innovators most often act on their own.  The titanic was built by a large group of professionals, while the ark was built by a lone amateur.                                                

Good storytelling is the essence of any good television production.  All stories must have a beginning, middle and an end - if any one of these elements is weak or missing, the production inevitably fails to achieve success.  Connect with your viewers by taking the time to walk in their shoes.

If I had to identify, in one word, the reason why the human race has not achieved its full potential, that word would be "Meetings".   It seems that most of what is said in meetings is already known by those attending.  Change your business philosophy from "Ready, Aim, Fire..." to "Ready, Fire, AIM..."

During difficult times, use a mirror often.  In it, you will eventually find both cause and resolution.  Life acquires meaning when we face the conflict between our desires and reality.  Remember that problems cannot all be solved at once.  Slowly untie knots.  Divide to conquer.  To increase power, increase humility.  Guide with awareness and lead with modesty.
